Tracy Christopherson and Michelle Troseth have been working and playing together for over 30 years in healthcare and life!
Together, they have over 60 years of combined experience in healthcare transformation.
Tracy is a Respiratory Therapist, has a master’s degree in health professions education and is an interprofessional doctoral student at Rosiland Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Her research focuses on Polarity Thinking™ and healthcare.
Michelle is a Registered Nurse, has a master’s degree in nursing and is a Fellow in both the National Academies of Practice (NAP) and the American Academy of Nursing (AAN). Michelle is currently the President of NAP, representing 14 professional disciplines. Michelle has worked with Polarity Thinking™ in her work as a thought leader for over 15 years, including publications, consultations and speaking engagements nationally and internationally.
Tracy and Michelle met on the first day of orientation at a large healthcare facility in Western Michigan. To borrow from Bogey..."It was the beginning of a wonderful friendship". The two have worked together at the bedside and as leaders in large corporations. Their work over the past 30 years has been mission driven and centered on supporting clinicians and healthcare organizations to create and sustain healthy healing work environments and cultures.
Michelle and Tracy left the corporate world in 2017 to launch a new company, MissingLogic, LLC.
Our greater purpose is to make meaningful contributions to the transformation of healthcare where individuals thrive and organizations achieve sustainable outcomes for the communities they serve.
